1. Set an Intention

   Before you begin, take a moment to set an intention. What do you hope to gain from this practice? What would you like to send the energy you are activating towards?  Whether it’s self-love, healing, or spiritual connection, your intention will guide your experience. Follow your passion. Set an intention that ignites you and brings you joy! Energy flows where the mind goes, what is it you would like to feed?

2. Create a Sacred Space  

   Find a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed. Light candles, dim lighting, burn incense, or use aroma therapy, play soft music that touches your spirit and creates a calming atmosphere.  

3. Practice Mindful Breathing and Sounding  

   Begin with deep, slow breaths: inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth. Breathe into your chest and all the way into your lower diaphragm. Observe how the body is moving with the in and exhalation. Focus on the exhalation and allow your body to surrender and relax deeper with each breath. Explore contracting and lifting your pelvic floor muscles between in and exhalation. (Kegels). Allow yourself to make sighs and sounds in the exhalation to let go of stored tensions and let the body move and flow freely with your pleasure and the sensations that arise. Allow the movements to come from the pelvic area, the homebase where our sexual energy is stored in the body.

4. Tune Into Your body's natural flow

   Start by resting your hands on the center of your chest and your lower belly for a few moments, connecting with your heart and creativity centers. With very slow and light strokes, gently caress your body in the nonsexual areas. Alternate movement with holding and stillness for a few counts. Follow your pleasure and move slowly closer towards more arousing areas like the inner thighs, breasts, perineum, and pelvic area. Allow your pelvic floor to move gently with the rhythm of the in and exhalation. Pay attention to how it feels. Notice any sensations, emotions, or thoughts that arise without judgment and return to your sensory awareness.  

5. Stay Present  

   When you catch your mind wandering, tell yourself “thinking” and gently bring your focus back to your breath and the sensations in your body.  

6. Pleasure waves

Allow waves of pleasure to flow up your spine and down the front of your body. Imagine light illuminating you. See yourself in your radiance. Explore enjoying the pleasure while procrastinating the climax as long as possible or even choose to just let this journey be an exploration without the grand finale. Imagine beams of light rising up your spine in two directions like the double-stranded DNA and flushing down the front of the body like a waterfall of light and bliss.
